Construction is now complete on a new 36-inch parallel sewer pipe installed alongside the existing 33-inch D-Line Sewer Interceptor near Mineral Avenue and Santa Fe Drive. This important infrastructure improvement enhances system reliability, increases wastewater capacity, and helps ensure the district can meet the needs of future growth in the area.

The project was fully funded by developers of new developments located south of Mineral Avenue and Santa Fe Drive, meaning these upgrades were completed at no additional cost to existing district customers.

Final restoration activities, including seeding and tree planting, are currently underway, and all trail restoration work has been completed.

The district appreciates the community’s patience throughout construction and is pleased to deliver these long-term improvements to the wastewater collection system.
