Armando joined the district in 1999 and was appointed to Operations Foreman in 2005. He was promoted to Operations Supervisor in 2024. Armando holds a Level IV Wastewater Collection System and Level III Water Distribution System certification through the Colorado Water and Wastewater Operations Certification Board.
