Capital Project Update

Two water main replacement projects are currently in progress in the Woodmar Square neighborhood. Diaz Construction Group has completed installation of the new waterlines (pictured below) along S. Everett Way and S. Cody Way. Remaining work includes final tie-ins and the abandonment of the old waterlines. Paving will follow once all utility work has been completed.

The sanitary sewer project southwest of Aspen Grove went out to bid in early August, drawing 13 proposals. On August 22, the district awarded the project to Fiore & Sons.
